No previous experience is required. However, the study of dhrupad is deeply spiritual and learning it is a serious endeavor. Students are expected to respect their guru and their instrument.

Each student receives two classes a week and access to our group Telegram. Class length varies, but can run as long as two hours.

I use a flat rate payment system: 8000 INR/month for Indian students, 240 EUR or USD/month for western students.
Please note that I no longer offer rudra veena building services, but I can connect you with good makers. Prices will range from 60,000-120,000 INR depending on the maker. If you would like me to consult the building process, I only offer that for my students of at least six months.
